Cellebrite is seeking an Assistant Finance Controller to support the FOCI branch of our business. The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting support to the existing Federal team, focusing on mitigation and defense contractor accounting. Primary Responsibilities: o Ensure timely monthly close and accurate reporting. o Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the stakeholders and parent company. o Assist with revenue review and the approval of sales orders. o Assist with execution of SOX processes and controls, including implementation and testing. o Assist in processing AP and AR, work closely with shared services to Identify opportunities and lead initiatives. o Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis and transaction reviews. Maintain all company Accruals. o Support annual external financial and DCAA audits including the preparation of audit documentation. o Remain up to date on relevant industry and accounting developments to ensure an ongoing ability to provide informed accounting and business advice. Qualifications & Experience o Must be a US citizen living in the United States. o BA in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; knowledgeable in US GAAP o CPA Certification - Must. o Experience with ERP, CRM and BI tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Unanet. o Strong Excel skills o Prior experience with defense contractor accounting/reporting and DCAA audits.
