Cellebrite is seeking an Assistant Finance Controller to support the FOCI branch of our business. The role offers a chance to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and global environment that is a fast-paced and rewarding. The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting support to the existing Federal team, focusing on mitigation and defense contractor accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Ensure timely monthly close and accurate reporting.
o Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the stakeholders and parent company.
o Assist with revenue review and the approval of sales orders.
o Assist with execution of SOX processes and controls, including implementation and testing.
o Assist in processing AP and AR, work closely with shared services to Identify opportunities and lead initiatives.
o Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis and transaction reviews. Maintain all company Accruals.
o Support annual external financial and DCAA audits including the preparation of audit documentation.
o Remain up to date on relevant industry and accounting developments to ensure an ongoing ability to provide informed accounting and business advice.
Qualifications & Experience
o Must be a US citizen living in the United States.
o BA in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; knowledgeable in US GAAP
o CPA Certification - Must.
o Experience with ERP, CRM and BI tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Unanet.
o Strong Excel skills
o Prior experience with defense contractor accounting/reporting and DCAA audits.
