We’re seeking a seasoned accounting professional to take ownership of all financial operations within our organization. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing daily accounting functions, and ensuring fiscal discipline through budget management, vendor oversight, and cost tracking. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience from manufacturing environments and thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage company budgets, monitor monthly financials, and track year-end reports against planned budgets.
• Execute daily financial operations including wire transfers, bill payments, and general accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers while managing procurement and timely invoice payments.
• Monitor and maintain schedules for contractual payments, including employee agreements.
• Serve as the lead for purchasing and leasing of office and IT equipment, coordinating closely with the IT team.
• Process employee expense reports, oversee travel spending, and ensure compliance with budget parameters.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze manufacturing costs to support decision-making and financial planning.
• Support tax preparation and filings as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• CPA certification and/or background in an accounting firm are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong expertise in GAAP financial statement preparation and cost accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and expense/inventory management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
