We are working with a PE-backed software company in Boston, MA who is actively seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team. This reports directly to the Corporate Controller and is a hybrid role. We are open to Accounting Manager's looking to take the next step or someone who is currently in an Assistant Controller position. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all close processes
• Management of revenue recognition
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Ongoing audit assistance
• Process improvement work for accounting

Qualifications

• SaaS industry experience required
• PE-backed experience is a big plus
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Sage Intacct preferred, but not required

Compensation Package: Up to 165K depending on experience + bonus
