This is a growth-driven Assistant Project Manager role supporting a busy family-owned sitework contractor. You'll help manage multiple excavation and site development projects from start to finish.

Client Details

A family-owned excavating company based in Middletown, CT, Coastland Enterprises handles cradle-to-grave site work. The company runs lean with 15 employees and is expanding due to high demand. You'll work closely with the owner and his son, both deeply involved in day-to-day operations.

Description

• Assist in managing up to 10 active sitework projects

• Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and subcontractors

• Help track project progress, budgets, and schedules

• Communicate regularly with the owner and field staff

Profile

You're a self-starter with a couple of years in construction who's ready to learn the ropes of full project management. You bring energy, curiosity, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.

Job Offer
