JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the property manager on site at a large residential building. This job involves telephone communication with residents, creation and dissemination of community communications. Maintain property records and databases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer Resident and Vendor calls and assist them.
Create documents and communications, mail or email.
Upload and update documents on web site.
File and organize property documents.
Create and send out RFQ and RFP as directed by Property Manager.
Coordinate moving and delivery schedule.
Coordinate and work with building vendors as directed by Property Manager.
Assist with Board Meeting materials preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years property management or office support experience, or comparable college or associates education. Must possess a solid understanding of personal computers and have good communications skills. Must be proficient in use of web browsers, e-mail, Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
