Summary

Position Overview: Family Matters Of Marin is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director. The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for the management and development of all clinical and leadership staff of Family Matters Of Marin. The Assistant Clinical Director must think globally and make decisions independently and in collaboration with the Clinical Director that promotes positive growth for Family Matters Of Marin. The Assistant Clinical Director must also maintain a minimum clinical caseload of 20-25 clients per week plus supervisory duties. Position is in person and virtual. This is a full time 30 hour per week position presently paid hourly.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Assistant Clinical Director to lead our team of dedicated clinicians. This role blends leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure our clinic continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards of care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to licensed clinicians and associates.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with the owner on strategic initiatives that promote growth and community impact.
  • Deliver Outstanding Care: Maintain a hybrid caseload of 20-25 clients per week using trauma-informed modalities.
  • Foster Excellence: Develop policies that enhance communication, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.


What We’re Looking For

  • A licensed clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) in California with experience in trauma-informed care.
  • A leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about mentoring others.
  • Someone aligned with our mission of creating an inclusive space for healing and growth.
  • Able to start as part time and build to full time caseload.
  • Available 3-4 afternoon/evenings per week as well as daytime hours.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $130,000.00 - $173,000.00 per year
