To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitors and customer feedback across all marketing channels
• Prepare presentation materials to summarize findings and insights
• Conduct data analysis
• Provide support on data-related functionalities and reports, and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes for senior management
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1 year working experience is preferable
• Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working effectively and efficiently with strong communication skills
• Presentable, energetic, detailed-mind and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office application, particularly Excel (vlookup & PivotTable) and PowerPoint
• Good command of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin, CANTONESE and English
