We are looking for potential talent for Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager
This role will drive brand/portfolio growth and own P&L via insights-based strategy planning and strong cross-function and agency leadership.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of market activation planning, demonstrating strong ownership of consumer centric cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of area toolkits.
- Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at both local and above-the-market levels to deliver breakthrough results, ensuring that the region’s needs are addressed within the global matrix.
- Drive superior execution of programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for media, creative development, and digital programs.
- Lead the brand growth in channels by successful go-to-market plan with trade marketing partners.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products /personal care product marketing.
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and media plan to drive brand share growth.
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with regional team
- Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands.
- Strong financial/logical thinking capabilities and business acumen.
