THE JOB
For the Assistant Analyst, Marketing Science position, we are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of relevant internship or work experience.
As an Assistant Analyst, Marketing Science you will be tasked with transforming vast data sets into compelling and actionable insights. Not only will you measure campaign performance, but you will also have the opportunity to work with vendors to implement the resulting strategies alongside a team of the Media Planners and Strategists.
Responsibilities include:
* Gathering and organizing data through various third-party platforms and analytics tools
* Analyzing data to inform strategy, formulate relevant insights, and provide client or internal teams with actionable recommendations
* Ensuring that client facing and internal reporting is done in a timely manner
* Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes
* Build foundational knowledge about media tactics, terminology and media executional processes (traditional & digital channels)
* Master key media/marketing analytics fundamentals and principles
* Become fluent with necessary media data sources/tools/utilities
* Attend training to acquire baseline knowledge of OMG23 media departments and roles/responsibilities
* Executing the measurement plan

* Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields.
* New graduates will be considered depending on their educational background
* 0-1 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
* Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
* Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
* Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
* Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks
* Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to multiple audiences
Desired Technical Skills
* Experience/ familiarity in ad-serving tools (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, IAS)
* Experience / familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft Access is a plus)
* Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and Javascript
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$40,000-$40,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
