We are seeking to hire an Assistant Activities Director - Life Enrichment.

Assistant Activities Director - Life Enrichment Qualifications:

• Certification Minimum at the MEPAP Activity Professional Level required.
• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Activities experience in a Long-Term Care environment.

Assistant Activities Director - Life Enrichment Job Summary:

• Assist in administration of the activities function of the care plan process.
• Assist in training of activity staff.
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with all units involved with the care plan to ensure that a team effort is achieved in developing a comprehensive plan of care.
• Visit residents and provides assistance with activities.
• Assist in developing, administering and coordinating unit policies and procedures.
• Radiate positive energy and give residents reasons to celebrate every day.
