Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of month-end reporting within tight deadlines
- Prepare and post non-standard and margin related journal entries for UDW
- Reconcile month end margin Alteryx outputs
- Participate in the recurring UDW trading account process as required
- Reconcile certain UDW general ledger accounts
- Play an active role in ensuring Group Reporting submissions are completed in a timely manner
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget & forecasts
- Prepare variance analysis to support the Financial Controller and FP&A team.
- Support accountants with preparation of the UDW statutory financial statements and completion of the interim and year-end audits
- Proactive engagement with PBS team based in Vilnius
- Ensure assigned internal controls are completed in line with agreed processes
- Active participation in ad-hoc projects to support the wider PHX Ireland business
Required Experience
- Part qualified or an equivalent third level qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an Assistant Accountant or equivalent in a fast paced Finance function
- Open Accounts or Awards experience would be desirable
