Responsibilities: * Proactively manage project timelines, deadlines and workflows * Responsible for status reports and tracking of progress, approvals and direction from internal and external meetings * Contribute to development of client-facing deliverables such as POVs, presentation decks and program reports * Interpret critical sports industry insights and research that will drive sponsorship management efforts * Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends to support team/client/business needs * Ability to analyze program results beyond reporting direct metrics * Update and participate in weekly status meetings with client, agency and sponsorship partners * Effectively manage and motivate cross-functional and agency resource teams * Financial proficiency - budgeting, invoicing, time tracking Qualifications: * 1-2 years of client service or relative experience * Exhibit strong verbal and written business communication as well as presentation skills * Solid understanding and management of client relationship * Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment * Ability to develop excellent working relationship with internal and external agency partners * Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects * Solid organizational and problem-solving skills * Anticipates potential questions, problems and barriers with solutions-oriented thinking * Ability to think strategically, stay level-headed and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrates a positive, teachable attitude * Proficient in Microsoft Office TMA Perks & Benefits: * Continuous training, educational programs, speaker series and workshops * Culture events throughout the year * Communities to connect with * Competitive vacation plan, sick days and personal days to prioritize your mental health * Summer Flex Days * Parental leave * Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans * 401K Retirement Savings Plan * Employee Stock Purchase Plan The range below represents the typical base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of TMA in the United States. Salaries offered will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skillset, certifications, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $50,000 - $55,000
