Responsible for ensuring the supply of all indirect food, including equipment, small ware, services and consumables to support business, and marketing material, office supplies such as stationery, uniform, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure supply of all in Indirect-Food including equipment, smallware, services and consumables to support business, and include marketing material, office supply such as stationery, uniform, etc.
• Works hand in with Project Management and Business Development Department teams to ensure fabrication in restaurants are ordered, delivered and installed on schedule.
• Collaborate and coordinate with RBI (Restaurant Brand International) Procurement Lead for achieving lowest cost and best quality suppliers across APAC.
• Leverage knowledge of industry and market trends to develop and implement clearly defined procurement sourcing strategies for all high value, high volume spend and categories.
• Negotiable best price, quality, service levels and delivery terms for all managed spending.
• Deliver volume, drive continuous improvement, and provide savings by applying strategic sourcing leading practices.
• Manage the development of materials, detailed analysis of proposals and vendor capabilities, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Ability to understand customer needs and drive results to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any field related to Business Administration, General Management, etc.
• 3-5 years in direct experiences in buying, merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, category management.
• Strong negotiation skills with proactive, initiative, and work well under high pressure.
• Have an experience in Quick Service Restaurant or Food Chain or Restaurant Chain will be advantage.
• Multi-tasked person with a result-oriented.
• Business-minded/ Systematic and Analytical thinking.
• Coaching, Developing and Consulting the team.
• Good in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good negotiable skill.
