We're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join a fast growing renewable energy business operating across solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects in the Netherlands.

This is your chance to play a key role in maximizing the value of clean energy infrastructure as the country accelerates toward net-zero targets.

Your Role:

• Take ownership of a growing portfolio of solar and BESS assets, ensuring optimal technical and financial performance.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle, from onboarding and compliance to optimization and exit strategies.
• Liaise with EPCs, O&M providers, and technical teams to monitor KPIs, availability, and uptime.
• Work with financial teams to track revenue, budgets, and forecast performance.
• Identify underperformance issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Deliver clear and consistent reporting for senior leadership and investors.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in asset management for solar PV, BESS, or other renewable infrastructure.
• In depth knowledge of Dutch energy market regulations, grid operations, and subsidy schemes (e.g., SDE++).
• Technical understanding of solar and/or battery systems.
• Analytical mindset with experience using asset management platforms and SCADA data.
• Fluent Dutch and English (both required); other EU languages are a bonus.
