Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for overseeing and coordinating workflows, including tasks like loan finalizations, quarterly financial updates, and daily system operations essential to business reporting.
Develop, enhance, and align internal processes and policies with systems to improve performance-emphasizing strong controls, efficient procedures, and clear accountability.
Partner with technology teams to support the design and testing of new tools aimed at upgrading data infrastructure, optimizing operations, and incorporating AI-driven solutions.
Utilize third-party vendors to boost productivity and overall effectiveness.
Identify potential risks or process breakdowns early and implement fixes to avoid negative effects on reports or internal/external stakeholders.
Work with internal reporting teams to create dashboards, KPIs, and reports that highlight key operational metrics and quickly surface performance issues.

Requirements
3-6 years of FP&A experience in real estate investment management
Experience in operations, business processes, finance, reporting, or accounting
Strong analytical thinker with practical problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Background in commercial real estate or financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Proven track record of success in an operations role within a corporate, financial, or fast-growing business environment.
