We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Asset Management and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role is critical maintain accountability for the management of all IT assets for Build-A-Bear and ensure proper focus is placed on asset management to positively impact our cost of doing business and our ability to grow and scale.
Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and oversee the deployment and distribution of assets to end-users or relevant departments throughout their lifecycle
Develop and implement asset lifecycle management processes, including retirement and disposal procedures
Manage the creation and deployment of Intune and Configuration Manager asset policies, profiles and configurations.
Hardware/Software deployment and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
2 or 4 year degree in Information Technology
5 years' experience in both asset management systems and IT hardware/software administration
IT A+ Certification in asset management
Powershell Scripting
Preferred Qualifications
Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
Certification in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and/or Azure
