We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Asset Management and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role is critical maintain accountability for the management of all IT assets for Build-A-Bear and ensure proper focus is placed on asset management to positively impact our cost of doing business and our ability to grow and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and oversee the deployment and distribution of assets to end-users or relevant departments throughout their lifecycle
  • Develop and implement asset lifecycle management processes, including retirement and disposal procedures
  • Manage the creation and deployment of Intune and Configuration Manager asset policies, profiles and configurations.
  • Hardware/Software deployment and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Information Technology
  • 5 years' experience in both asset management systems and IT hardware/software administration
  • IT A+ Certification in asset management
  • Powershell Scripting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
  • Certification in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and/or Azure

  • Corporate Office located St. Louis, MO
  • Domestic Travel 5-10%
  • Able to lift >25 pounds
