SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search, is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join a premier vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and management company.

What You'll Do

The position is part of a team responsible for the asset performance and financial returns of a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use (residential/retail/office) properties located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Specific duties include working with the team to:

• Develop and implement annual strategic business plans for portfolio assets and budget
• Conduct financial analysis
• Oversee capital improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute value-creation strategies
• Manage asset relationships including joint venture partners, financing and vendor relationships
• Analyze historical portfolio & market data
• Collaborate with development teams on transition from construction to operating asset; oversee asset lease up until stabilization

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily real estate, with recent experience as an analytical and transaction-oriented executive within Asset Management or Portfolio Management
• Experience across all elements of real estate transactions, including the ongoing management of all stages of owned assets, such as refinances and dispositions
• Strong analytical skills set and ability to communicate effectively
