Selby Jennings is partnered with an Private Equity firm looking to expand their ranks with an Asset Management Analyst role. This Analyst will work with the Asset Management team on overseeing portfolio management covering residential real estate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Budget and Reporting:

  • Forecast operating budgets to ensure they align with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of different scenarios on investment returns, and provide clear summaries for senior management.
  • Prepare detailed ad-hoc analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key operating metrics, identify variances, and offer actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform ROI analyses to evaluate the feasibility of CAPEX projects.

• Project Management & Execution:

  • Assist with special projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure goals are accurate and aligned.

• Investor Relations & Communication:

  • Help prepare materials for investor meetings.
  • Support participation in external calls with key investors and stakeholders, aiding effective communication and relationship management.
