Assemble in-house designed hardware ranging from small components to full satellite
systems, ensuring precision and quality.
Perform mechanical assembly, wire harness and coaxial cable routing/installation, and adhesive application in accordance with engineering specifications.
Assist other technicians and engineers with multi-person operations, test setup and execution, and other production tasks as directed
Conduct inspections on peer work to verify compliance with quality standards and workmanship requirements.
Maintained cleanroom standards by adhering to strict protocols for gowning, material handling, documentation, and environmental controls.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency certification
2+ years of experience working on electrical or mechanical hardware assembly and/or test
Excellent communication skills - Comfortable in a paperless procedure system utilizing web tools for work orders/procedures
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges each week
Demonstrated ability to build and test on time
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industry
