Job description Staub Precision Machine, a leading component manufacturer in Hamburg is seeking a team oriented Assembly Associate to join the company. We have the ability to design and build advanced manufacturing solutions for a number of different industries such as aerospace, medical, tech and communication. Responsibilities for Assembly: Precisely repeat actions for all products of the same type, ensuring consistency in assembly processes. Use manual dexterity to position and manipulate parts accurately during assembly. Follow work instructions and directions carefully and precisely to meet quality and performance standards. Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to receive instructions and coordinate tasks. Prepare raw materials for machining, including cutting, shaping, and organizing materials as needed. Finish or deburr parts after machining processes to achieve smooth surfaces and remove imperfections. Conduct visual or metric inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications. Perform all job functions in accordance with acceptable quality and performance standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including cleaning machines, tooling, and workstation on a daily basis. Additional responsibilities may include: · (May) Drive a fork lift truck to transport material for storage or delivery to another department. · Load or unload shipments of raw material and finished goods. · Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: · High School Diploma or GED. · Related work experience or training in a manufacturing environment is a plus. · Able to multitask in a fast pace environment · Able to follow directions precisely and perform repetitive tasks · Ability to work independently and in a team · Adaptability/flexibility to change · Ability to meet deadlines Shift is Monday – Friday, 7-3:30.
