Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced ASP.NET desktop developer to work on Point of Sale (POS) systems and School Management Software. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in desktop application development, database management, and real-world experience in similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using ASP.NET (C#).Enhance and support existing POS and school management solutions.Integrate hardware devices (printers, barcode scanners, biometric devices, etc.).Implement modules like billing, inventory, HR, academic management, fee collection, etc.Write efficient, secure, and well-documented code.Work closely with the QA and product teams to ensure software quality.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in ASP.NET (Windows Forms / WPF) for desktop applications.Experience with POS software features (sales, inventory, payments).Experience with school management systems (admissions, fee management, attendance, exams).Proficient in SQL Server, database schema design, and stored procedures.Familiar with APIs and third-party hardware integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with libraries like DevExpress, Telerik.Knowledge of biometric device integration (fingerprint scanners, RFID).Understanding of cloud backup/sync for school or POS software.Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
