Job description:
10+ yrs. of strong experience in years of programming experience in RPG, Free RPG and CL in an AS/400 environment.
Experience in JDA MMS (AS400) is added advantage
Strong understanding of Software Development Life cycle and ability to work as the primary liaison between Business users and Developers. Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills, leadership and management abilities and team spirit.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Systems integration, AS400 systems, SQL, DB2 database concepts.
Knowledge of Retail and Warehouse Management System.
Production Support background
Experience in onsite-offshore model in managing large projects involving multiple teams across globe.
Attend Regular meetings with customer for Weekly/Monthly Service Review.
Contribution for preparation Weekly/Monthly Service Review with customer.
Day-to-Day incident management and resolution for P1/P2/P3/P4 tickets and strong RCA skills.
Preparation of strong KEDB repository for purpose of faster resolution for known issues and continuous improvement of the service levels.
Regular meetings and coordination and participation in discussions with other teams' members in/outside of the current geo location.
Define and establish service goals, expected outcomes and measurable results
Design and utilize score-cards, surveys, methods and tools to monitor KPI, OLA and SLA compliance.
Ensure IT Service Managers are partnering/interfacing with key business units
Accountable for the strategic direction and guidance of ITSM processes and functions, as well as their supporting tools
Ensure services and tools are consistently deployed, executed, measured, monitored, and improved for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
Develop business cases to propose and implement additional ITSM processes and functions to further improve service – e.g., Knowledge Management.
Collaborate with relevant teams to define the service portfolio roadmap, maturity path, customer priorities and drive to continuously improve maturity levels.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 / 9:00 to 18:00
