The Role

We're looking for a new Artist Program Manager who will play a strategic role in Redbubble's mission to empower independent artists and activate the content flywheel for revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Artist Experience & Enablement, this role will be responsible for driving artist-facing initiatives, developing forecasting-based content strategy, managing projects supporting the artist community, and managing key communications that support and grow Redbubble's artist base.

You'll act as both a program manager and a strategist, taking ownership of creating growth with our artist community, managing artist-facing communications, proactive trend forecasting, and active artist activation efforts across the business!

This is a cross-functional role, collaborating with teams like Commercial, Marketing, Legal, and Product to align artist opportunities with marketplace needs, product launches, and promotional cycles.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create educational content - such as blog posts and social media - that helps artists succeed on the platform.
  • Recruit and segment artists for special projects based on creative style, affinity groups, or business objectives.
  • Manage artist communications across all lifecycle stages, including newsletters and targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver timely, relevant updates on launches, changes, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Own the artist content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketplace trends, campaign cycles, and engagement goals.
  • Curate and spotlight standout artist work across marketing surfaces to highlight community talent and drive participation.
  • Collaborate with internal partners - including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Data & Editorial Policy - to ensure all efforts are compliant and community-minded.
  • Define KPIs and implement reporting frameworks to measure the impact of artist-facing initiatives and continuously refine strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong program management skills.
  • Experience with managing cross-functional alignment on complex subject matter.
  • Experience in community management, ideally in a creative or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to track trends and assess content performance effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketplace or social platforms and a strong understanding of the creator economy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and in relevant data tools (Google Sheets, Looker, etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What We Offer

  • A high trust culture based on mutual respect
  • Exposure to independent artists
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Personalised career planning
  • Opportunity to work in a global organisation
  • Equity in your package
  • Monthly Wellness allowance
