Responsibilities:

• Lead AI model training through data annotation
• Analyze logs and user feedback using data-driven methods to improve AI product performance, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
• Recommend and track key performance indicators for AI products
• Provide detailed reports with insightful analysis
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
• Maintain and update chatbot and helpcenter knowledge base
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise messaging
• Experience in the contact center or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Passion for and belief in AI technology is a great advantage
• Willing to work on-site (Jakarta based)
• Able to join immediately
