Shift Schedule: 10 AM - 6 PM PHT

Work Set-Up: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (no specific day of the week)

Salary Offer: 100K - 139K - (negotiable depending on experience)

A must qualification:

Someone with team lead or management experience.

Essential Knowledge

Extensive knowledge in:

Computer science, mathematics, statistical methods, and machine learning.

AI/ML algorithms, models, tools, and techniques.

Strong data literacy and analytical capabilities.

Proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as Python, R, Java).

Understanding of software development lifecycle management.

Knowledge that 50-70% of the role involves team management, with the remainder focused on hands-on technical work.

Essential Skills & Experience

Several years of experience in AI/ML development. (at least 2 years minimum experience in AI/ML development)

Extensive experience with ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Proven experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML solutions.

Track record of mentoring and developing other developers.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and make architectural decisions.
