AI/ML Engineer – Large Language Models (LLMs & GenAI)

Experience Required: 15+ years (with at least 7.5 years in LLMs)

Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive the development of AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and advanced machine learning techniques.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying production-ready AI solutions, leading LLM implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance AI systems on cloud or on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LLMs and Generative AI within the AI/ML engineering team
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML pipelines and applications using LLMs and deep learning models
• Integrate GenAI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, RAG architectures) into enterprise-grade solutions
• Lead and manage team efforts and project delivery
• Collaborate across teams to drive architecture, design, and implementation strategies
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Apply advanced techniques including neural networks, chatbots, and image processing

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience (7.5+ years) with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, decision trees
• Hands-on with data preprocessing, data cleaning, transformation, and normalization
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or on-premise environments
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Good to Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or FastAPI
• Exposure to LangChain, RAG pipelines, or Transformer-based architectures
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of total experience, with at least 7.5 years in LLMs/GenAI
• Must have completed 15 years of full-time education
