aelf is an AI Layer 1 blockchain network that leverages the robust C# programming language. It integrates AI innovations across its digital mediums, dApp ecosystem, and an AI agent framework to bring user-friendly experiences for developers and end-users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct demand analysis, architecture design, module design, and subsequent development and maintenance of backend business functions.
• Continuously refine and enhance the product’s backend functional modules, optimizing backend technology architecture with a focus on cloud-native principles.
• Improve the performance of existing systems and address key technical challenges and issues within the system.
• Collaborate with the team to complete other relevant operational tasks as needed.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
• Establish best practices in AI development, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and responsible AI implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP models (BERT, GPT, etc.).
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
