Summary

Responsibilities

  • Sales Management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets for vinyl flooring products.o Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, targeting distributors, contractors, and architects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including wholesalers,

retailers, and installers.

  • Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and technical advice to clients regarding vinyl flooring products and

applications.

  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance through regular reports, analyzing data to identify trends

and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance

reviews to senior management.

Experience should be in Project Sales

Excellent verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
