Profile- ASM/RSM(GT/MT)

Experience- min 4 years

Ctc- upto 12 lpa (depend on the interview)

Location:- Mumbai

Working Days- 6 days (2nd & forth Saturday off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territory through GT/MT channels.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners/distributors and nurture existing relationships.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Sales Executives to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams for execution of in-store promotions, schemes, and visibility plans.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain account hygiene.
• Regularly visit markets and retail outlets to ensure strong field presence and relationship building.
