Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lubbock, TX for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing revenue within a designated geographic area. Key duties include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and reporting sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications
Sales strategy development and market analysis skills
Customer relationship management and communication skills
Experience in meeting sales targets and reporting sales performance
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
