Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales management, specifically in the home loan or LAP industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products, including legal and financial aspects.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Sound knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Relevant certifications in sales management or financial services is a plus.
