Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales management, specifically in the home loan or LAP industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Relevant certifications in sales management or financial services is a plus.
