The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Lead, develop, and coach your field team to exceed targets, drive sales, and increase consumer engagement.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Senior Customer Director to implement our Agile Retail growth strategy.
- Manage resources effectively while fostering team morale and retention.
- Spend 80% of your time in the field, supporting and mentoring your team, and 20% at home or office, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ensure every decision contributes to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and values in all team operations.
