Our client is a leading consumer electronics company with a network of showrooms, specializing in high-quality electronics and innovative solutions to meet the needs of their customers. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a passionate and results-driven Area Sales Manager - Dealer/Corporate to join their team. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealer and corporate sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent team player with leadership potential.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.


Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
  • Ensure the sales team meets individual and team targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Location: Colombo 4, Sri Lanka

Salary: Rs. 120,000.00 to Rs. 135,000.00 + Monthly Target Incentive + Vehicle Allowance

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half Day (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)
