CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Area Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, multimillion-dollar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects in support of DOE/NNSA operations at the Savannah River Site (SRS). This role requires strategic oversight of multiple concurrent projects and project teams, ensuring performance within cost, schedule, scope, and safety baselines. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of project management principles, earned value systems, and DOE regulatory requirements, while fostering a high-performance, compliance-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all phases of EPC project delivery, ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, cost, and environmental baselines.
• Manage multiple project teams and less-experienced Project Managers, establishing program direction and coordinating priorities across diverse scopes of work.
• Implement and oversee earned value management practices to track project progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and DOE/NNSA clients, providing briefings, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Supervise professional and non-exempt personnel, supporting performance reviews, staff development, and workload allocation.
• Perform complex technical and financial analyses to develop innovative solutions and corrective action plans that drive project success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, environmental science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1517 years of project management experience, including 8+ years managing personnel.
• Demonstrated expertise in project controls, cost analysis, scheduling, risk management, and contract oversight.
• Strong working knowledge of DOE/NNSA project environments, safety programs, and environmental regulations.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience required.
• Experience with NNSA-funded projects.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.
• Preferred: Active (or recent) DOE Q or L clearance; PMP certification.
