Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food technology or delivery industry, with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving operational excellence. This role will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of operations within the assigned area, including order fulfilment, delivery logistics, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational e ciency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including area supervisors, delivery drivers, and manage Site managers/Site Heads. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and ensure team members are aligned with company objectives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely and e cient services. Negotiate contracts and agreements as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality food products and services to customers. Address any quality or service issues promptly and effectively.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and health and safety standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols for delivery operations. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, IHM
• Years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food technology or delivery industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements is a plus.
