Longo Executive Search is conducting a search on behalf of a prominent quick service restaurant franchise seeking a full-time, on-site Area Manager in the Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater area. The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated region and main tasks include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting financial and operational goals, and coordinating with other departments. The Area Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant multi-unit leadership experience with accomplished results
• Team management, customer service, and client relationship expertise
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Financial management and budget planning experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site
