What You'll Do:
As an
Area Manager, you'll oversee restaurant operations across your assigned market, with full accountability for performance, team culture, and guest satisfaction. You'll work side-by-side with General Managers to develop people, strengthen operations, and grow the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of General Managers, ensuring store-level excellence in execution and hospitality
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders at all levels-building a pipeline of high-potential talent
- Ensure proper staffing levels and support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling needs
- Analyze and oversee financials across all locations, improving labor efficiency and cost of goods
- Cultivate a culture of gratitude, positivity, and accountability
- Conduct regular store visits, spend meaningful time in each location, and drive hands-on support
- Facilitate ongoing performance evaluations, shift lead reviews, and manager development plans
- Support new store openings and brand expansion initiatives in your market
- Provide weekly operational updates to the VP of Operations and collaborate cross-functionally with Training, HR, and Marketing
- Execute strategic plans aligned with brand goals while solving day-to-day operational challenges
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field-or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Proven track record of building strong teams, driving operational success, and achieving financial targets
- Strong knowledge of POS, scheduling, and restaurant management platforms
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead with empathy and confidence
- Must be ServeSafe certified, at least 21 years of age, and hold a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel regularly and work non-traditional hours as needed
