The Area Engineering Manager will handle the Engineering Operations of several malls, which includes conducting repairs and maintenance of mall equipment, and handling engineers on site and guiding day to day mall equipment operations. He/she is responsible for implementing the overall Engineering Operations plans, programs, and strategies, in his/her assigned area.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Candidate must have related work experience in engineering operations, property maintenance, or property management.
• Candidate must have excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in NCR or South Luzon and must be willing to travel a lot.
