We are looking for a talented Archviz 3D Artist on a contract basis to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D architectural models, surroundings, and environments.
• Produce high-quality renderings and animations for interior and exterior projects.
• Ensure project timelines, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Follow design guidelines and maintain organized workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest 3D visualization tools and techniques.
• Log daily work hours per project.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Visualization.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and rendering.
• Expertise in post-production for still images, including matte painting.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tight deadlines.
