Project Manager & Senior Project Manager – Healthcare (Santa Monica, CA)

One of these roles will be at the Senior Project Manager level, open to candidates with more than 15 years of experience.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of healthcare projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
- Collaborate with Principals and clients to define project requirements and negotiate agreements.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing day-to-day guidance and fostering professional development.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee project quality, documentation, and communication to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in marketing, proposal development, and client interviews as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; California architectural license preferred.
Experience:
- Project Manager: 7–15 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Project Manager: 15+ years of experience, with demonstrated leadership on complex healthcare projects.
- HCAI (formerly OSHPD) experience is required for all candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Revit.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
- Project Delivery: Experience with various project delivery methods such as Design-Build, IPD, and Design-Bid-Build.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the Santa Monica office to encourage collaboration and team engagement.
Compensation
- Project Manager Salary Range: $99,000 – $133,000
- Senior Project Manager Salary Range: $127,000 – $180,000
