🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a bold, detail-obsessed, and highly collaborative Architectural Project Manager to join us at a critical moment. You’ll wear multiple hats: managing internal projects, co-creating workflows with customers, and influencing the product based on real-world studio needs.

This isn’t a typical PM role. It’s a hybrid of architecture practice, operations design, and product collaboration.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage internal architecture-related workflows for customer onboarding, training, and use case development.
• Collaborate with design studios (our users!) to model ideal project management flows using Zenoya.
• Inform product and feature development by translating real-world project/studio challenges into actionable insights.
• Build scalable project templates and processes used by architecture teams across the country.
• Act as a key internal voice for studio operations, ensuring everything we build aligns with how firms actually work.

✅ You Might Be a Fit If:

• You have 2+ years of experience managing projects in an architecture or design studio.
• You’ve led multi-phase projects—preferably across design, documentation, and construction.
• You’re deeply familiar with the tools and pain points of running a modern studio.
• You have a systems mindset—always improving, automating, optimizing.
• You’re tech-curious: excited by new platforms, not afraid to break or rebuild them.
• Bonus: You’ve worked with or implemented tools like BQE Core, Deltek, Monograph, Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello in a studio setting.
