• Role: Architectural Project Manager - Luxury Hospitality

• Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year + bonus + benefits

An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Texas and I are seeking an Architectural Project / Design Manager, for the development of a vast and ambitious Ultra-Luxury Community development in Austin, Texas.

The overall development will be well in excess of $500m, and in terms of Longevity of employment, there will be at least 10 years of development.

You will be an accomplished Architectural Project Manager and will oversee the design and execution of the amenities and hospitality components of a flagship luxury development. The role requires a strong background in high-end residential or hospitality architecture. You will coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Prerequisites for position

• Min 6 years relevant experience.
• Degree in Architecture (or related subject).
• Significant ultra-luxury Architectural experience in: hospitality / resorts / luxury homes.
• Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills.
