Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with expertise in HCAi and OSHPD regulations to lead our healthcare architecture projects. The ideal candidate will manage the design process, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with HCAi and OSHPD regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Oversee design development and ensure that architectural solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHPD and HCAi requirements and processes.
  • Registered Architect (AIA) with NCARB certification preferred.
  • Experience with LEED certification and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools.
