Job Description

• Will work directly with client to create and manage project plans.
• Will be assisting with the preparation of marketing and RFP/RFQ materials.
• Create project proposals, contracts and monthly client billing amounts.
• Coordinates with consultants, clients and other team members to ensure project completion.
• Participates in team meetings and assists project managers with defining project work plans.
• Assist with management and preparation of documents throughout all project phases, from preliminary design through construction administration.
• Participates in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets and adherence to schedule.
• Performs construction observation tasks including submittal review, request for information responses, field observations, and meeting minutes.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent is required, Master's degree is preferred.
• 7 or more years of post graduate experience working in an architecture firm.
• Has a balance of technical and design experience and skills
• Previous project management experience is highly preferred
• Previous experience working on educational projects is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Licensure is a plus, but not required
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr.
