Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager at ARCHIS Architects in Albuquerque, NM. The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for managing all size projects with an emphasis on larger more complex projects, managing consultant and client communications and coordination, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring that projects adhere to office standards. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, collaborating with clients, consultants, AHJs and team members, and ensuring project completion within budget on time and to proper specifications.

Qualifications

• Skills in Project Coordination and managing Clients and Consultants
• experience and knowledge with K-12 educational projects as well as state and federal projects.
• Proficient knowledge of Architecture and preparing Construction Drawings
• Experience and understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional Architect License is a plus
• proficiency with Revit and AutoCad
