Location: Downtown Ft. Worth - Hybrid| Full-time | Travel: Local and out-of-state as needed.
Salary Range: 40k-45k/yr

Founded in 2010 in downtown Fort Worth, Rogue Architects began with a desire to build a 'boutique firm' and provide fewer clients exceptional customer service. The three principals believed that a smaller, more flexible organization catering to the same clientele could provide better, faster, and less expensive architectural services than the traditional offices.
About the Role
We are seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of architectural projects. This position will cover the preparation of project documentation, coordination with clients and consultants, and ensure that all project deliverables meet Rogue Architects' standards and quality expectations. The ideal team member will continuously seek to improve processes and outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Documentation – Assist with surveys, design, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Client & Consultant Collaboration – Participate in meetings and coordinate with consultants throughout project stages.
Project Execution – Deliver high-quality work within scope, best practices, and company standards.
Financial & Code Competency – Develop an understanding of project profitability and apply building/accessibility codes.
Quality & Accuracy – Strive for excellence in drafting, redlines, and project coordination.
Administrative Tasks – Maintain timesheets, project tracking, and goal setting in Ajera & Bloom Growth.
Professional Development – Engage in training, continuing education, and quarterly goal-setting.
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Ajera, and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of architectural building systems and building codes.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Accountability and motivation.
Stress management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
Accredited degree in Architecture or related field. (Preferred)
Typically, 0-2 years in a similar role. (Preferred)
Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
Experience in architectural building systems and construction documentation.
Certifications in relevant architectural software and methodologies are a plus
