A leading multidisciplinary AEC firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Architectural Designer to support their building enclosure team. This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional with a background in architecture and a working knowledge of building envelope systems who is looking to grow within a technically focused and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
The Architectural Designer will assist in the evaluation, design, and documentation of building enclosure systems across a variety of project types. While deep expertise in envelope systems is not required, a foundational understanding of building systems and a strong interest in enclosure design and performance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and detailing of façade, roofing, and waterproofing systems

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants on both new construction and existing building investigations

• Contribute to field assessments, technical reports, and drawing packages

• Assist in developing construction documents and specifications

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or a related discipline

• Exposure to building envelope concepts and construction practices

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
