Summary:
The Architectural Design Sr. Project Manager (PM) position assumes proficiency of the Jr. PM position and is under the direct stewardship of the Head of Architecture or Architectural Supervisor. The Sr. PM is directly responsible for managing the accounts, projects and teams that they are assigned. The intent of the Senior level is to be the authority for true management of content and resource development. The individual has the experience and leadership skills necessary to focus on transfer of knowledge, development of subject matter and solving issues surrounding building code compliance. The individual will be expected to participate in strategy and planning for resource allocation and product development.
