ARCHITECT – HEALTHCARE ARCHITECTURE

Professional Search Advisors is seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in healthcare architecture for one of its premier design clients! This role will be part of a dynamic Healthcare Studio, contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare projects while collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

ARCHITECT – HEALTHCARE ARCHITECTURE REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and project design
• Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design, and compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare codes, ADA, and building regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills

ARCHITECT – HEALTHCARE ARCHITECTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead or support the design and documentation of healthcare projects from conceptual design through construction
• Collaborate with Principals, Project Managers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and technical quality
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand programmatic needs and translate them into effective design solutions
• Develop construction documents and detailed Revit models
• Assist with code analysis, material specifications, and quality control
• Participate in construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
