Requirements for candidates:

* Appropriate education and successful experience in building design;

* Certificate in the field of architecture;

* Understanding of the design and composition of construction documentation;

* Knowledge of standards, building codes and legal regulations appropriate to the profession;

* Responsible attitude and skills to work in a team, as well as productivity, fast, high-quality execution of work;

* Ability to creatively solve problem situations;

* Knowledge of one of the design programs (Revit, Solibri will be considered an advantage).

Job description:

* Consulting clients and developing the architectural part;

* Managing the development of construction plan documents and coordinating the team involved in the project;

* Preparing terms of reference for participants involved in the project;

* Preparing project documentation and ensuring its circulation;

* Planning, controlling and organizing project development processes;

* Checking and coordinating construction projects;

* High-quality delivery of construction plans to the customer within the specified deadlines;
